Shipping:
Delivery time is very important to us. Purchased orders will be shipped within 5-7 days AFTER receipt of payment. Longer time may occur depending on the season & size of your order. We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the size of your order. Transit time depends on method of shipping and destination. Delivery confirmation with every order.
Simple Gifts Gallery is not responsible for any delayed shipment of an order by the mail carriers due to any reason on their part such as transportation problems, lost drivers, lost merchandise, weather conditions, road conditions, etc. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise due to the mail carrier at the time of delivery.
Return Policy
Simple Gifts Gallery's main concern is your satisfaction and we will try to resolve any problems that may arise. Please contact us within 48 hours after you receive your order if a problem occurs. After 48 hours, we will assume that your order was completed and delivered satisfactorily. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time. We will not accept returns on candles that have been burned. Items must be in resalable condition. We suggest if ordering a new product, please order in a small quantity to insure that it meets your specific needs. Shipping charges are not refunded & the customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned items. Customer must email us at babieruthiee@hughes.net for authorization on returns.
Sales Tax
We charge the required Arizona state sales taxes of 8.6% for Arizona customers only. This will be calculated at checkout.
Phone Orders & Email Orders:
Simple Gifts Gallery accepts phone orders & email orders. Total amount will be determined at the time of order. Payment must be sent by mail and check or money order verified before we can ship any items. Please make your check or money order payable to 'Simple Gifts Gallery'.
